New Kids Yoga Workshop in Silverdale, WA

I am currently offering a  “Kids Yoga Workshop” on October 4th at Expansions Yoga in Silverdale Washington.  This class will consist of yoga postures, breath work, and how to quiet the mind.  The workshop will run from 1:30 to 3:30 and the class fee is 25$.  Please contact Expansions Yoga to sign up.

Kids Yoga Pics

Here are a few photos that my kids and I took this last weekend in the woods. I thought I would share them with everyone.  What a fun time we had hiking and doing yoga.  Its amazing what kids can come up with if you allow their imagination to run free.
